Windows causes a problem known as "Black screen of death". There are few alternative to solve this problem but if nothing works than you need to install a fresh copy of windows.

- Remove Laptop Battery - Sometime removing battery and putting it again may solve the problem. If not, than try the next solution.
- Through Task Manager - After login, the black screen with movable cursor appears, we may open task manager by prssing ctrl+alt+del keys.
- Press ctrl+alt+del and open task manager
- search a process named "windows explorer"
- select it and than end this task
- Restart the computer than again after login press ctrl+alt+del
- Restart the that process again and now logout or restart your PC to login and it will solve the problem
- Note : Sometimes restarting windows explorer might not work because there might be some other process that can cause this issue. So try to end task that may cause problem. Like, antivirus.
