How To Install advancescan

advancescan is Rom manager for AdvanceMAME/MESS
Following are its main feature:

• Need not to compress/decompress to read write from zip archive.
• You can add/copy/move files to and from zip archive.
• Identifies text files added by rom sites and delete them.
• Identifies text files added by the rom dumpers and keep or delete them.
• It's safe. On all the zip operations any file removed or overwritten is saved in the `rom_unknown' `sample_unknown' directories and kept for future uses. This will prevent any unwanted remove operation.
• It can generate differential rom sets.

Here are steps for installing advancescan:

• Open Iterm or whichever terminal you use
  
• Install homebrew, if you haven't installed it already
  
  

  ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

• Now since you have homebrew installed, Install advancescan using brew
  
  

  brew install advancescan

advancescan must be installed by now!!!
